Planning a Tessellate engagement

Can we start with data we already have?

Yes. We scope the decision first, then assess relevant occupancy, booking, access, employee, lease and cost information. Not every question needs every data source.

When do we need new sensors?

When existing information cannot show actual use at the detail or representative times the decision needs, a focused occupancy study can fill the gap. We agree the evidence required before recommending additional measurement.

What will our team receive?

A decision brief brings together the evidence, assumptions, options, capacity and cost implications, risks and recommended next steps. Tessellate supports workplace space planning and scenario modelling; it does not replace architectural or CAD design work.

Who reviews the recommendation?

Workplace specialists, product experts and your team challenge the assumptions and review options through the Workplace Design Lab before action is agreed.

How are timing and price agreed?

They depend on the decision, data readiness, locations, scenarios and review support required. We define the scope and outputs with you and quote Tessellate separately from sensing and Orbit booking.
