Observe is a managed workplace measurement service combining appropriate sensors, analytics, infrastructure and continuous monitoring to provide reliable evidence for specific real estate decisions.

Measure desks, meeting rooms, zones, footfall and environmental conditions across a floor or portfolio. Sensors can be permanent, deployed for a defined study or rotated between locations, so you gather the evidence you need without investing in more hardware than the decision requires.

Successful workplace measurement begins by defining the decision, the evidence required, the appropriate level of granularity and how long measurement needs to continue.

We then select the appropriate sensor or combination of sensors for the space, question and budget.

Some locations benefit from permanent measurement. Others need a focused 3 month study or sensors rotated between sites as new questions arise. The objective is reliable decision evidence, not the maximum possible hardware deployment.
